Took AP Computer Science A class, initially found it boring but soon realized the importance of fundamentals.
Senior Year (High School)
Took a data structures class with an excellent teacher who made everyone understand the material, reigniting my passion for programming.
Present
Pursuing Computer and Data Science, working on research projects, and aiming to make an impact through technology.
I am passionate about this career field as I am always looking to increase my skills and develop new ones as well as participate in professional development and networking events for the industry. I don't just aspire to become a thriving Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, but I also thrive to become someone who makes an impact on the world through hard work.
I hope to one day make a reality-warping breakthrough in the world and contribute to scientific discoveries. My professional values of achieving results through hard work make me competent, as I know that real industry work and college experiences are very different, but I am willing to learn.
I understand and acknowledge that when I obtain a job in the industry, I might need to learn several skills on my own, and I am excited about that challenge.
